In our Beginners MMA Class, we will teach you the most important basics that you need to know to watch and understand the sport and to defend yourself in combat. As you improve your skills and physical condition, you will learn:

• Fundamental Grappling
• How to use Striking and Grappling together

Once you’re ready to graduate out of the Beginners Program (yes, you get an awesome graduation ceremony) – You will learn advanced skills in our Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu programs!
