Our Fitness Bootcamp is an early morning program that is specifically designed to burn fat, build muscle, improve your physical appearance and cardiovascular performance. As professional athletes and coaches, we will teach you how to perform and complete the same programs that we use for ourselves in our fight camps.
Movement, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Functional Training, Calisthenics, and “Movement” exercises, like Yoga and Martial Art, influenced stretching.
How to perform various styles of “Lifts” and “Movements” that are primarily found in Crossfit, Functional Training, and Athletic Performance programs
