Fighter's Fit Condition & Mobility
Fighter’s Fit Condition & Mobility is a fitness class developed for fighters from all martial arts disciplines and belt rankings. The class is designed to increase cardiovascular output, endurance, strength, and conditioning while simultaneously aiding in mobility, range of motion, injury prevention, weight loss, and overall fitness. Designed and instructed by Professor Lee, who is a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, regular participation in this class will improve every fighter’s strength, stamina, mobility, and overall fitness, keeping you prepared for any situation on and off the mat.
