Youth MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is an all encompassing program that prepares your child for both physical, and mental, confrontation. As a “Mixed” Martial Art – your youth learn the basics of both striking, and grappling. Don’t worry parents, there’s no contact above the chest in the striking practices of this curriculum.

Youth Jiu Jitsu (Ages 3-6 & 7-11)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a social & exciting workout that helps improve the physical and mental health of ALL ages of children.
Our Tiny Bulls program (for ages 3-6) provides fun exercise for children to develop body coordination and overall personal growth. The benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu go above and beyond any other martial art, because of its practical application to real-life situations – like focus, self-control, and communication skills.
Although this age group does learn important Jiu Jitsu skills, our most important focus is the Fun, Growth, and Development (both physically and mentally) of your child!
Our Little Bulls program (for ages 7 -11) provides an environment that allows the youth to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation, and respect. This age group begins to learn more about the sport and techniques of Jiu Jitsu – but while maintaining a focus on social interaction and personal skill development.
This Jiu-Jitsu program provides an exciting, challenging, yet safe and caring, environment for your child to mature within. These are the types of interactions and environments that will push your child towards real-life success. The youth practice of Jiu-Jitsu benefits the individual both on and off the mats for their entire life. The discipline and excellence demanded by our instructors, and their peers often carry over to the child’s behavior at home and at school.
