At Apex Combat Academy, we understand how intimidating it can feel to step into a gym for the first time, especially when trying something new like martial arts. That’s why we’ve created our Tour & Free Lesson specifically for first-time students and beginners!

1. A Warm Welcome and Gym Tour

We’ll start by showing you around the gym, so you can feel comfortable with the space and get to know the environment. You’ll see our training area, equipment, and everything you’ll need to get started. Consider this your first step to becoming part of the Apex family!

2. A Personalized Introductory Lesson

Your free 30-45 minute lesson is designed to teach you the basics of Muay Thai in a relaxed, beginner-friendly setting. Our experienced instructors will guide you through fundamental techniques such as:

• Your stance and how to move confidently in all directions
• Throwing your first punches: the jab and cross
• Executing key strikes: the teep (push kick) and round kick

By the end of your session, you’ll feel prepared to join a regular class with confidence—even if it’s your very first one! We’re here to help you “fake it till ya make it.”

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, relieve stress, or learn self-defense, Muay Thai offers something for everyone. It’s a full-body workout that boosts your strength, coordination, and confidence. Plus, it’s a ton of fun!

Our Tour & Free Lesson is available on these days:

• Mondays and Fridays at 5:15 PM
• Sundays at 11:00 AM
